We love Hovander Park in Ferndale. Lots of barns with old farming equipment and barns to play and climb on. Animals for the kids to see. Great trails for long walks, and an interactive children’s garden. Beautiful gardens in general for plant lovers.

How about coffee or picinic at sunset at Boulvedard Park, also how about a family run with all the community runs like Haggen to Haggen or Running of the Green?
